The Russian superstar is not only one of the best tennis players in the world but also one of the most unorthodox. His technique isn’t necessarily what tennis coaches teach their kids, but hey, it works pretty well for him!
Apart from his racquet, many fans are curious about the shoes he wears. That’s what we will go through in this post.
Daniil Medvedev currently wears the Lacoste AG-LT 21. He has worn these shoes since 2021, before that, he used the Nike Air Zoom Vapor X and Lotto Mirage 100.
Unlike most ATP players who choose to wear Nike tennis shoes, Medvedev is one of the few wearing Lacoste. Apart from Medvedev, Fognini is the only ATP player that’s also wearing the Lacoste AG-LT 21.
But are Medvedev’s shoes any good? When you’re playing at Medvedev’s level, you need a shoe that can keep up with your fast movements and powerful shots, and that’s exactly what the AG-LT 21 is designed to do.
While it has a very lightweight design, it still provides the support and stability every player needs; this shoe can handle even the toughest of matches.
If Medvedev, one of the best players in the world, trusts the Lacoste AG-LT 21, it has to be a shoe that’s worth considering. As I’m writing this, I found the lowest price on Amazon. You can check the current price here.

He wore the same shoes that he wears today, the Lacoste AG-LT 21. Must have been a great decision since Medvedev won his first Grand Slam at the US Open 2021.
